Depending on the client's operational requirements and the services agreed in writing, the scope may include:
- Security Services: Security guards, security supervisors, access control, visitor and vehicle management, site patrolling, incident reporting and emergency-response coordination.
- Specialised Security Services: Bouncers, event security personnel and armed security personnel, where offered and subject to the applicable licences, authorisations and legal requirements.
- Hospitality & Front-Office Services: Reception and guest assistance, visitor coordination, concierge support, helpdesk operations and other agreed hospitality manpower services.
- Facility Support Services: Housekeeping, cleaning, common-area upkeep, manpower coordination and other agreed facility support activities.
- Operational Supervision: Attendance monitoring, shift handovers, site instructions, performance reviews and periodic reporting, as specified in the service agreement.
The number of personnel, duty hours, deployment locations, supervisory arrangements, equipment, uniforms, service levels and commencement dates shall be confirmed in the approved quotation, work order or service-level agreement (SLA).
Any additional service, change in deployment strength, extension of duty hours or variation in responsibilities shall be subject to mutual written approval and any corresponding commercial adjustment.
2. Statutory and Regulatory Compliance
All services shall be undertaken subject to applicable central and state laws, rules, notifications, licence conditions and regulatory requirements in force at the relevant location.
For private security operations, the applicable provisions of the Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (PSARA), the relevant state rules and licensing conditions shall apply. Security personnel shall be engaged, verified, trained and deployed in accordance with the requirements applicable to their roles and assignments.
Employment and manpower-related obligations shall be addressed in accordance with applicable labour and employment laws, including provisions relating to minimum wages, timely wage payments, working hours, overtime, weekly rest, social security contributions, employee welfare and occupational safety, wherever applicable.
Applicable registrations, statutory contributions, insurance arrangements, tax registrations and other mandatory requirements shall be maintained by the responsible party as required by law and the agreed contractual arrangement.
Where statutory compliance documents are required for a client's onboarding or audit process, the relevant documents may be provided subject to availability, legal requirements and appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
3. Armed Security and Specialised Deployments
Armed security or gunman services, where offered, shall be provided only where legally permitted and after verification of the applicable agency authorisations, arms licences, personnel eligibility, permissions and other regulatory conditions.
Firearms shall be handled, carried, stored and used only in accordance with applicable law and authorised procedures. No deployment shall be represented as an armed security assignment unless the necessary legal requirements have been satisfied.
Bouncer, event security and other specialised assignments shall be scoped according to the nature of the site, anticipated risks, client's requirements and applicable legal restrictions.
4. Professional Standards, Training and Supervision
Personnel shall receive role-appropriate instructions and, where applicable, training covering professional conduct, access control, visitor handling, emergency escalation, incident reporting, confidentiality, workplace safety and client-specific operating procedures.
Deployment and supervision arrangements shall be agreed according to the service category and site requirements. Any special training, certifications, equipment or enhanced supervisory coverage requested by the client shall be confirmed before commencement.
Where replacement personnel, additional manpower or emergency deployment support are requested, arrangements shall be subject to personnel availability, site access, required checks and the agreed service terms.
5. Client Responsibilities and Site Readiness
The client shall provide accurate site information, relevant operating instructions, authorised access arrangements, emergency contacts and details of any known site-specific hazards or special requirements.
Where necessary for safe and effective operations, the client shall provide appropriate access to agreed facilities, utilities, welfare arrangements and emergency procedures, in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
The client shall identify an authorised representative for instructions, incident escalation, attendance or deployment approvals and service-related coordination.
Any material change in site conditions, operational risks, access procedures or deployment requirements should be communicated promptly so that appropriate adjustments can be assessed and agreed.
6. Service Limitations and Incident Management
Security, hospitality and facility support services are delivered to reduce operational risks and support the client's requirements. However, no security arrangement or manpower deployment can guarantee the prevention of every theft, unauthorised entry, accident, misconduct, emergency or other unforeseen event.
In the event of an incident, personnel shall follow the applicable site procedures, their authorised responsibilities and relevant legal requirements. Escalation to the client's designated representative, emergency services or law-enforcement authorities shall be undertaken as appropriate to the circumstances.
Responsibility for any loss, damage, delay or other claim shall be determined under the applicable law and the agreed contract, based on the facts and circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
7. Commercial Terms, Deployment and Service Changes
Service charges, statutory cost components, applicable taxes, payment schedules, invoice terms, deployment hours, overtime, holidays, additional manpower and other commercial conditions shall be specified in the approved quotation, work order or service agreement.
Deployment timelines are subject to written confirmation, completion of required documentation, personnel availability, site readiness and fulfilment of applicable legal requirements.
Any change to the approved scope, staffing pattern, duty schedule, location or service level shall be documented and mutually agreed before implementation, except where immediate action is required by law or an emergency procedure.
8. Independence, Credentials and Organisational Representation
SWARAJ SECURITY GUARD SERVICES operates as an independent service provider and does not claim government affiliation, police authority or official affiliation with the Indian Army, Indian Navy or Indian Air Force.
Any reference to the professional background of individual team members shall be based on accurate and verifiable information and shall not imply endorsement by, or representation of, any government department or defence organisation.
The company shall not represent its personnel as police officers, government officials or members of the armed forces. All personnel shall act within their lawful authority and assigned responsibilities.
9. Acceptance of Terms
The applicable service scope, compliance obligations, commercial conditions, deployment arrangements and client responsibilities shall be governed by the final quotation, work order, service agreement and any applicable SLA accepted by the parties.
In the event of any inconsistency, the parties shall interpret their documents in accordance with applicable law and the agreed contractual order of precedence.
